3. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

4. Intellectual Property
Our Property
The Altis-Hub website, logo, content, and materials are owned by Altis-Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without written permission.
Client Work
Intellectual property rights for custom development work will be defined in the applicable Service Agreement. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes but is not limited to:
- Business strategies and plans
- Technical specifications and source code
- Financial information
- Customer data
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for services will be specified in the applicable Service Agreement. General terms include:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Deposits may be required for certain projects
7. Service Level Agreements
For ongoing services, specific service levels, response times, and availability guarantees will be defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altis-Hub shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Damages exceeding the fees paid for the specific service
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The availability or uninterrupted operation of our services
- The accuracy or completeness of information provided
- The suitability of our services for your specific needs
For client projects, specific warranties will be defined in the Service Agreement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement as specified in the applicable Service Agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become due
- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
- Client will receive all completed deliverables
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
